Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you would like assistance replacing a damaged product or making a return, please follow the steps below. Return guidelines can be viewed here.
Starting a Refund or Return Request
Step 1: Submit a return request though our email: support@desideliverystore.com. Include the product that was damaged and your order number.
Step 2: If your product meets our return guidelines. We will send you digital shipping label, either USPS or UPS you to print. If you would like to request a label by mail please let us know.
Step 3: Return your package.
Step 3: Your package will be received and will be exchanged for a new product. Your package will arrive in 4-7 business days.
Receiving your Refund
Your refund will be processed through the payment method you have used.
