Return Guidelines

The following lists the guidelines for products to be considered for returns & refunds

  • The product is spoiled or contains pests.
  • The product came opened/unsealed
  • The packaging the product is in is torn open (excluding shipping boxes/containers)
  • The product contains a hair or other debris (excluding small stones).

Image proof has to be provided if any of the reasons apply to  your order/product.

The following lists inadequate reasons for returns & refunds to be processed

  • The bag the product is in is wrinkled
  • There are stones and other hard debris in the product
  • The products/package does not come within 5-7 days.
  • The product does meet a customer's expectations
