Return Guidelines
The following lists the guidelines for products to be considered for returns & refunds
- The product is spoiled or contains pests.
- The product came opened/unsealed
- The packaging the product is in is torn open (excluding shipping boxes/containers)
- The product contains a hair or other debris (excluding small stones).
Image proof has to be provided if any of the reasons apply to your order/product.
The following lists inadequate reasons for returns & refunds to be processed
- The bag the product is in is wrinkled
- There are stones and other hard debris in the product
- The products/package does not come within 5-7 days.
- The product does meet a customer's expectations
